You can pay your levy contribution by BPAY, Phone, Online, Credit Card, Mail, or at any Australia Post outlet. Please refer to your levy notice for payment option details and your personal owner reference number.

Levy contribution notices are sent out to all owners usually one month prior to their due date.

Using the DEFT (Direct Electronic Funds Transfer) payment systems makes paying your levy contributions easy with many convenient payment options to choose from
Pay over the Internet via DEFT Online at, by either direct debit or credit card.
Paying by credit card will incur a surcharge which is paid to DEFT. To pay by direct debit, you will first need to register your bank account details at
Pay via DEFT Phonepay by direct debit or credit card by ringing 1300 301 090 or International
+612 8232 7395.
To pay by direct debit you will need to pre-register your bank account details at
Pay via BPAY from your existing Banking relationship (via telephone or online) with funds from your cheque or savings account.
When prompted, simply enter the biller code and customer reference number shown on your levy notice.
Pay by mailing the ‘payment slip’ from the bottom of your levy notice with your cheque to:

Pay in person by cheque or EFTPOS at any Australia Post Office outlet.
Take your levy notice with you to Australia Post when making a levy payment, and you will be given a customer receipt number.
Credit card payments can be made via either DEFT Online or DEFT Phonepay by calling 1300 301 090. Please note that a credit card surcharge will be applicable, and will be charged by DEFT to the lot owner (not the strata scheme) if you use this option to pay your levy.
