Shane had over 20 years of experience managing strata’s under a self-managed model, before he decided to move into strata management as a profession. He has served on Strata Committee’s for over 10 years, and believes that being responsive to strata client requests, as well as keeping all parties well informed through good communication is critical to the strata manager client service offering.
